Anna’s work is expressive, fabulously flawed, and true. Conversations in courage, imagination, and self-dialogue help her to create unique paintings that relish in eccentric femininity.
An array of materials are used in her work- mostly acrylic, sometimes oil, encaustic, and plaster depending on the mood of the piece.
Anna fancies all things vintage and mostly incorporates vintage fabric found at local estates with historical relevance in her paintings. These items with a past help get the creative energy moving- a feminine flow.
She received a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2003
Anna is a native of Apalachicola and resides in San Diego.
